Sage Pastel V14 Available
recently released V14 of Sage Pastel Partner.
AUTO UPDATES - V14 continues
the automatic updates via the internet. Once installed new
features in updates can be applied via a controlled step by step
process. Already enhancements have been downloaded and we are at
MOBILITY - Sales orders can be
entered out "on the road" via a mobile devise such as iPad.
These orders are automatically sent back to the office ready for
picking and delivery. This new feature allows us to be
become more efficient and speed up delivery to our customers.
SAGE INTELLIGENCE - Direct
reporting into MS Excel. The free reader module now allows
management to run critical reports quickly and easily into
Excel. Once in Excel they can then be used to generate
management packs, graphs, what if analysis, budgets. This
has the potential to save large volumes of management time which
was previously used in manually creating monthly reports.

ENHANCED EMAIL: Emailing of documents
and files from pastel now is even easier without MS Outlook's security
window displaying for every page.
GST PERIODS - V14 has a Tax
Period database. This introduces a tax reporting period
which once reported to the ATO can be closed thereby disallowing
any further transactions. Gone are the days of errant
postings to prior period and causing BAS misalignments.
NOTE: V14 is licensed under the
subscription model making annual upgrade subscriptions mandatory
for re registration.

Partner's powerful stocktake wizard.

post installation support through telephone maintenance contracts and on
site consulting. We also supply and install hardware and networking
equipment, using subcontractors where warranted.

Need to know about GST?
We have designed
coursework and in conjunction with Pastel are running the GST training
for all Pastel users around the country. This involves 20 full day
classroom training sessions in all the major centres.
