Sage Pastel Partner is a complex relational database.
Your data includes tables covering all areas of your business. Such as General Ledger, Inventory, Customers and Suppliers.
Information in these tables is linked and cross referenced. For many reasons the tables may are not align and we need to investigate and remedy the errors.
Many Sage Pastel Users regularly run the Data Integrity Report, which highlights these errors.
It is important that we fix them immediately as reports issued may be incorrect.
We will use our remote access tools to log into your system. Then using our tools we will investigate the errors. If the errors are minor we will fix the live data, after taking back ups. In some cases it is necessary for us to obtain a copy of your data and investigate more thoroughly in our office, using additional resources.
Good News is that most errors we see are easy to fix.
